We were initially contracted by the client to complete a re-roof to this large barn. Once works were underway, the client was not happy with parts of the walls and the all the roof timbers needed replacing. The client’s plans were to make the barns into three separate holiday lets.

We were contracted to re-build any walls that needed re-building. We also had to dig out the existing floor area and install installation and concrete to re-level the floor. We installed new window and door openings and installed internal walls to divide up the barn.

We installed new timbers throughout the roof and re-tiled the roof.

This project was very much a ‘Design and Build’ project and we worked closely with the client completing costings along the way.
